YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan, who is also the country’s representative to the European Court of Human Rights, met with Nils Muižnieks, Council of Europe (CoE) Commissioner for Human Rights, in Strasbourg France.  

They discussed human rights issues and several other matters of mutual interest, informs the Armenian General Prosecutor’s Office press service.    

Kostanyan gave a high assessment to cooperation with the CoE Commissioner for Human Rights, and underscored the collaboration in terms of effectively protecting the Armenian citizens’ rights, both in Armenia and at various international fora.
