YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan on Tuesday issued a message of congratulations to Armen Elbakyan, Distinguished Artist of Armenia, on the occasion of his 60th birth anniversary.

“I wish you good health and new creative successes,” the Armenian President’s congratulatory message reads, in particular.
