YEREVAN. – The way out of the Ukrainian crisis is in holding early elections, Georgian political analyst Alexander Rondeli told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He is confident neither of sides is going to surrender. The parties need mediators to find the way our of the crisis.

“Someone must stop them, as the clashes went to far. The European states, not Russia, must act as a mediator,” he said.

Asked whether president Viktor Yanukovich is ready to make concessions, political analyst said he is not ready to do so.

“He has huge responsibility. Many people were killed, and I think, he has no other option,” he emphasized.

According to the Ukrainian Health Ministry, 241 people have been hospitalized as a result of clashes in Kyiv. Another 25 people were killed in clashes.
