YEREVAN. – Constitutional Court's ruling will contribute to justice system in Armenia, Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan said.
The Minister assured that the judgment will contribute to social development in the country. The process showed that civil society demonstrated readiness to stand upon their rights constitutionally.
“This a new quality in politics and civil society. There are neither winners, nor losers, as such decisions contribute to development of justice system. I am ready to be the first who is defeated,” Tovmasyan said.
The CC on Wednesday deemed unconstitutional a whole series of articles in the new Law On Funded Pensions, which were contested with a lawsuit by the four non-ruling-coalition parliamentary factions.
