YEREVAN. – Ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP Vardan Ayvazyan, who is also Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, is convinced that newly appointed Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan will pull the country out of the economic crisis.

“He is very experienced; he has worked very well in all the organizations he has worked. I’m sure he will make a good PM; he has good individual attributes,” the RPA MP also told Armenian News-NEWS.am.  

On Sunday, Hovik Abrahamyan was appointed the new Prime Minister of Armenia. As a result, Abrahamyan will resign from his capacity as NA Speaker, and he will have twenty days to form a new government.
