Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the interim Prime Minister of Ukraine, has instructed to discuss constitutional amendments with respect to decentralization of power.  

The respective decision was reached at the special Cabinet meeting on Thursday evening.

Accordingly, it is instructed to set up—and to hold no later than October 1—discussions on the respective amendments to the country’s Constitution.

The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Utility Services was commissioned to set up these talks, Ukrinform reported.
