YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan on Friday issued a message of congratulations to Distinguished Artist of Armenia, composer Vladilen Balyan, on the occasion of his 90th birth anniversary.

“You have made a great contribution to the propagation and enrichment of the Armenian art of music. The songs you have composed enjoy an immense popularity. Your merit as a skilled organizer of the musical life and a pedagogue is undeniable, too.       

“I wish you health, a happy life, and all the best,” the Armenian President’s congratulatory message reads, in particular.
