YEREVAN. – If the four parliamentary forces want to implement 12 demands, they have to win elections first, Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov said.

During the special session of parliament, Sharmazanov urged the opponents not to make harsh statements against the authorities.

“If you want to fulfill your 12 demands or 100 steps, let the majority of citizens vote for you,” he said.

The four parliamentary forces – Prosperous Armenia, Heritage, ANC and ARF Dashnaktsutyun – have recently presented 12 demands to the government.
