Turkey's Prime Minister Erdogan has allegedly instructed to open the border with Armenia in September, Turkish newspaper Taraf reported.

The article says Erdogan has already made the first step for normalization of relations with Armenia by extending condolences ahead of April 24.

According to the newspaper, now he is going to take the second move and reportedly instructed to prepare for the opening of border in September.

The newspaper says preparations for the opening of the border resumed two years ago when seven-kilometer road was asphalted and customs equipment was installed. 

The date of the official opening has not been determined, but the backstage says that it should start its service as of September. 

The newspaper claims Turkey and Armenia have already held bilateral talks on the issue.
