STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, Defense Army command on Friday conducted a military service consultation in the NKR City of Hadrut. 

The consultation was devoted to the processes in an NKR Defense Army unit which is stationed in the southeasterly direction, informed the NKR MOD press service.

The consultation came to a close with remarks by NKR Defense Minister, Defense Army Commander Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan. The minister stressed the importance of the army department’s activities on location, and noted that these activities need to oversee and contribute at the same time.
