YEREVAN. – French Ambassador to Armenia Henri Reynaud is not commenting on the return of seven territories around Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan.

During the press conference, Henri Reynaud was asked whether the statement by James Warlick on the return of territories is a position of all three co-chairs.

Ambassador noted that the process of talks should be based on the principle of confidentiality to be effective.
 
“As an Ambassador of France, co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, I refrain from comments on the issue,” he said.
