YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan will visit Iran next month, he said during his meeting with the participants of Baze youth camp.

“I will visit Iran on September 15-17,” he said.

Abrahamyan told about upcoming visits of the prime ministers of Georgia and Russia. Georgian PM Irakly Gharbiashvili is expected to visit Armenia on August 21-22, while Dmitrty Medvedev's trip, according to preliminary arrangement, is planned for September 8-9.

“These countries are economically important for Armenia. There are many projects with Georgia, Russia and Iran. We will try to establish close, friendly contacts, which helps much while implementing different projects,” he added.
