Armenia and Georgia discussed development of roads of international significance during Armenian delegation's visit to Tbilisi.

“The sides talked about issues related to development of international roads connecting Armenia and Georgia. The roadswill provide the maximum performance of the transit function in the future,” Georgian Regional Development and Infrastructure Ministry said in a statement.

The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Giorgi Amashukeli, head of road department Vaja Panchulidze and Deputy head of road department Nugzar Gasviani, Armenian Deputy Minister of Transport Artur Arakelyan and accompanying persons.
