A resolution supporting Nagorno-Karabakh's independence is scheduled for a full California Senate vote on Thursday.
ANCA-WR urges Armenian Americans to contact their California senator and tell them to support full Senate passage of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Resolution (AJR 32), which encourages and supports the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh’s continuing efforts to develop as a free and independent nation.
Тhe California State Assembly adopted a resolution recognizing the independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic on May 8. AJR 32, introduced by Assemblymember Mike Gatto, was adopted by a vote of 70-1.
