Ukrainian PM Arseniy Yatsenyuk accused Russia of intention to halt gas transit to Europe through the territory of Ukraine this winter.

“We are aware of Russia's plans to block gas transit even for EU member states, and that's why their companies are instructed to pump gas into storage in Europe as fully as possible,"he said ahead of government's meeting on Wednesday.

Yatsenyuk is convinced that Russia plans to stop energy supplies to the country, Ukrainian Pravda reported.

At the same time Ukrainian PM said his country reckons on continuation of talks in EU-Russia-Ukraine format to solve energy problems.
