YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia will yet again award the country’s top teacher and educator, Government Chief of Staff-Minister Davit Harutyunyan stated at Thursday’s Cabinet session.

He noted that Teacher’s Day is celebrated in Armenia on October 5. For that reason, the “Best Teacher” and the “Best Educator” award winners are selected every year from among the country’s top pedagogues. As per Harutyunyan, they will selected this year, too, and get a car as a prize.

Last year, cash bonuses were given to the top teachers.
