YEREVAN. – Armenia's foreign policy agenda was discussed during a closed-door meeting of parliament's standing committee on foreign affairs.
The meeting held at the National Assembly on Tuesday was attended by Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
The lawmakers and minister held a constructive discussion, Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov told reporters after the meeting.
“Both Foreign Minister, members of the opposition and ruling parties held a frank discussion of the key foreign policy issues,” he said.
Nalabandian, for his party, noted that there are no dangerous developments in terms of foreign policy.
The participants congratulated Nagorno-Karabakh on independence day, Sharmazanov added.
