YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said his latest visits to U.S. and Iran were productive.

The Armenian delegation visited Washington to participate in the annual meeting of IMF an World Bank and to hold meetings with the leadership of these agencies in order to discuss cooperation programs for 2014-2017.

“We discussed the impact of sanctions imposed against Russia on Armenia's economy. Representatives of the agencies agreed to review funding within the program for 2014-1017. I think Armenia will get support on this matter,” he said.

PM assured the leadership of the agencies offered to continue cooperation in the future by increasing the funding volume.

As regards his trip to Iran, Abrahamyan said all bateral programs that were half frozen within two years will resumeas a result of this visit .

“I am confident that all arrangements will be fulfilled in the near future”.
