YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Vayots Dzor Regional Governor Edgar Ghazaryan will be relieved of his duties as governor.

The governor’s dismissal matter will be discussed at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting. 

The Government agenda states that Ghazaryan will be dismissed from the office of Governor of Vayots Dzor pursuant to his respective petition. 

He has worked in this capacity since June 22, 2012.

According to information circulating in the media, Edgar Ghazaryan may commence diplomatic work.
