Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said there is no neutral territory in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
“To be clear, there is no ‘neutral’ territory in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. But there is a ‘no man's land’ separating military forces,” he tweeted.
Earlier the Minsk Group Co-Chairs urged Azerbaijan to permit the recovery of the bodies of the victims, and Armenia to cooperate fully with all efforts to resolve this humanitarian situation.”
