U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry pointed to some progress in talks on Iranian nuclear program ahead of his meeting with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

However, Kerry said there are still serious gaps in talks, Reuters reported.

“We hope we’re making careful progress, but we have big gaps, we still have some serious gaps, which we’re working to close,” the agency quotes Kerry.

As reported earlier, John Kerry, Iranian FM Javad Zarif and coordinator Catherine Ashton will hold the fourth trilateral meeting on Saturday within the framework of the final round of talks on the Iranian nuke program.
