YEREVAN. – Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan held a meeting with the outgoing chief of the border department of Russia's Federal Security Service in Armenia Viktor Vlasov.
The meeting was attended by newly appointed chief Vyacheslav Biryulov.
Minister Ohanyan thanked Viktor Vlasov and wished success to newly appointed chief of the department.
