YEREVAN. – The MFAs of Armenia and Belarus held inter-ministerial consultations on Wednesday in the Belarusian capital city of Minsk.

The parties discussed Armenian-Belarusian relations, and the prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation and interregional ties, the Armenia MFA press service informed.

Considering Armenia’s forthcoming accession to the Russia-led Eurasian Economic Union, proper attention was paid to the development of integration processes.

They also exchanged views on regional cooperation, and the main topics on the international agenda.

In addition, the interlocutors stressed their preparedness for the joint work to deepen humanitarian cooperation.

Furthermore, they conferred on the course of preparing the drafts of bilateral documents.
