YEREVAN. – The main issues of the contract on selling Vorotan cascade are solved, Deputy Economy Minister assured.

Areg Galstytan said the new owner – American Contour Global company – has not yet committed itself to its management.

“But the main issues that have been raised and which were caused by the delay have been solved,” Galstyan said.

In November 2013 Armenian public services regulatory commission confirmed the deal on selling Vorotan Hydro Cascade to Contour Global for $180 million.
