YEREVAN. – The European Parliament attaches importance to strengthening of Armenia-EU relations and supports the efforts made in this direction, Parliament Vice-President Richard Czarnecki said during a meeting with Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian.

Minister Nalbandian noted importance of developing multilateral cooperation with EU in accordance with the statement signed in Vilnius.

The sides touched upon Armenia-EU cooperation, activities within Eastern Partnership project and Euronest. In this context, the sides underscored importance of EU's assistance to reforms that are carried out in Armenia. 

They exchanged views on international and regional challenges.
