STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Minister and Defense Army Commander, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan, on Monday received Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
During the talk, they exchanged views on the current situation along the Line of Contact between the NKR-Azerbaijan opposing forces, and the latest developments in the military and political situation in the region, informed the NKR MOD press service.
