YEREVAN. – Eurasian integration offers no guarantees to Armenia, chairman of Heritage party Armen Martirosyan told reporters during discussion on the prospects of Armenia's Eurasian integration.
It was leadership's mistake to ignore a question whether Armenia should join the Customs Union or not. Armenian leadership simply ignored possible negative responses, he added.
“Membership to the Eurasian Union does not mean that our exporters are guaranteed some preferences in the market of Russia or other Eurasian Union member states. And, of course, Eurasian Union does not suggest additional foreign political support in a difficult situation that we are facing,” Martirosyan added.
