According to him, the meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs with the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers is crucial, as high-level contacts are necessary “for achieving a progress in the negotiations and creating basis to solve misunderstandings.”
As NEWS.am reported earlier, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs intend to meet with the Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs on the sidelines of the OSCE Informal Ministerial held in Almaty. Nalbandian and Mammadyarov also plan to meet with their Russian, U.S. and French counterparts.
