At the invitation of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh) President Bako Sahakyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia, Armen Yeritsyan, on Tuesday traveled to Artsakh on a two-day visit.
In the NKR, the minister will hold talks with several of the country’s senior officials.
The parties will discuss the avenues for deepening cooperation and increasing efficiency in territorial administration, local self-government system, sustainable community development, management of migration flows, emergency situations, and civil protection.
