YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree. Accordingly, Davit Virabyan has been appointed Armenia’s Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), informed the Press Office of the President.
Virabyan’s respective seat will be in the Russian capital city of Moscow.
