STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh) President Bako Sahakyan on Saturday received a group of Karabakh War veterans, National Assembly (NA) deputies, and Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party representatives from Armenia.

State-building as well as foreign and domestic policies were discussed in an immediate and working atmosphere.

The President highlighted such visits stressing that they, as a unique manifestation of patriotism and unity, have a positive impact on increasing the combat-readiness of the armed forces, strengthening inter-Armenian ties, and patriotic upbringing of the younger generation.

Sahakyan also responded to a variety of questions raised by those in attendance.

Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, who is Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, as well as NKR NA Vice-Speaker Artur Tovmasyan, Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Aghabekyan, ARF Bureau representative Hrant Margaryan, and several other officials also attended the talk.
