YEREVAN. – The Russian Federation’s (RF) sale of weapons to Azerbaijan is only trade.

Karabakh War hero, Major General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan, noted the abovementioned at a press conference on Tuesday.

“If not Russia, Azerbaijan can buy weapons from another country. Personally, I believe that the sale of arms is trade, business,” Ter-Tadevosyan stated. “[But] the RF’s selling of weapons to Azerbaijan is incomparable with the assistance the RF provides to Armenia.”
