YEREVAN. – An exhibition dedicated to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims will be held at the Skirball Cultural Center, which is a Jewish cultural institution in Los Angeles.

The director of the Yerevan-based Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, historian Hayk Demoyan, informed about the aforesaid at a press conference on Monday. He added that the exhibition will be open from April 8 to 10.

Demoyan also noted that another such exhibition will be held in the Museo Memoria y Tolerancia (Museum of Memory and Tolerance) in Mexico City, and the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute exhibits will be showcased in both exhibitions.

“Such exhibitions will be held in the near future also in New York and Washington[, DC.],” Demoyan added. “We are very happy that the Armenian Genocide topic continues to interest the community of the American continent. For that reason, we will assist these exhibitions as much as possible.”
