YEREVAN. – Brother of junior sergeant Arman Osipyan who was mortally wounded last month was named a legal successor in the case.

The relatives told the agency's correspondent that they had met with the investigators, but failed to disclose the details because of ongoing investigation.

The investigative committee said the investigation is underway, but no one has been charged so far.

Arman Osipyan was mortally wounded at around 4:40am on February 14 as a result of violation of the rules of military watch. The criminal case was opened on charges of violation of combat duty or combat service rules.
