YEREVAN. – The “Survey for Seismic Protection” Agency of Armenia recorded a 3.5-magnitude earthquake in the country on Monday at 5:26am local time.
The tremor measured magnitude 4-5 at the epicenter, and its hypocenter was 10 km beneath the surface.
The seismic activity was registered magnitude 3-4 in Gavar and Martuni towns and in Yeranos village in the Gegharkunik Province, and magnitude 2-3 in capital city Yerevan.
