Armenia can crate very favorable conditions for Italian entrepreneurs seeking to work in Eurasian Economic Union’s (EEU) market, Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan stated in the interview with the largest Italian radio television company Rai, responding to the questions of the famous CIS observer Marc Innaro.

“Currently Armenia is part of the Eurasian Union. This means that our Republic is no longer a small market with 3 million people, but part of a larger market with at least 173 million consumers. Any Armenia-based company can freely export to Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan without paying customs duties and with significant tax concessions,” Armenia’s President said.

Armenia is also attractive for its considerable human capital – qualified technical specialists. “This means that conditions of our country are very favorable for Italian companies, which can easily work and produce here,” Sargsyan added.
