Iran has exported 382 million cubic meters of gas to Armenia during the last calendar year that ended on March 15, the Iranian official said.

Over 9.69 billion cubic meters of gas was exported to Turkey, Azerbaijan and Armenia during the last calendar year, IRNA reported.

The Manager of District 8 of Gas Transfer Operation, Yadollah Baibordi underscored that Iran exported 9.19 billion cubic meters of gas to Turkey via Bazargan border in West Azarbaijan province.

He said that in addition to Turkey, Iran also exported 382 mcm and 294 mcm of gas to Armenia and Azerbaijan, respectively during the period.

Baibordi added that this indicates a 9-percent growth compared to the figure for the year earlier which was 22.93 bcm.
