YEREVAN. – The photo camera of Armenian News-NEWS.am captured a touching scene on April 24, the day of the Armenian Genocide Centenary, at the Genocide Memorial in capital city Yerevan.

The vice-president of the European Parliament, Richard Czarnecki, had knelt before the Eternal Flame at the genocide monument, and to pay tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide.

Czarnecki had arrived in Armenia on April 22, and he also delivered an address at the two-day International Social and Political Global Forum against the Crime of Genocide. This forum in Yerevan was devoted to the Armenian Genocide Centennial, and about 600 participants from fifty countries took part in this event.
