YEREVAN. – The head of opposition Armenian National Congress faction Levon Zurabyan said Armenia is still seized by monopolies and corruption.

The centennial of the Armenian Genocide was held at a high level, and international community voiced condemnation, but on April 25 the world came back to the political agenda, while Armenia to its huge problems, both social and strategic ones, Zurabyan said.

The centennial events did not change and hardly could change anything.

“It is right to mark anniversary of Genocide by creating a strong democratic country that can become a cradle of free and prosperous life for our compatriots,” he added.
