STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received a group of French observers headed by French National Assembly deputy, chairman of the France-Artsakh friendship circle François Rochebloine.

He has arrived in Artsakh to conduct observation mission at the forthcoming May 3 parliamentary elections

A range of issues related to the domestic and foreign policy of Artsakh, as well as France-Artsakh cooperation were discussed during the meeting.

President Sahakyan thanked the guests for sincere friendship, highly evaluated their observation mission, adding that the recommendations of observers representing leading states were significant for the development of democracy in Artsakh.

NKR Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan was present at the meeting.
