Paris Bar Association in cooperation with the French Association of Armenian lawyers and attorneys organizes a conference on the topic ‘Genocide of the 20th century before its judges’ on May 27, Nouvelles d'Arménie reports.

During the conference discussions and debates will be held with the participation of historians and genocide specialists, as well as Paris Bar Association members, who took part in legal cases involving crimes against humanity. The genocides of the Armenians, Jews as well as those in Rwanda and Cambodia will be considered.

The conference will be attended by Taner Akçam, Raymond  Kévorkian, Annette Becker, Yves Ternon, Paris Bar Association President Pierre-Olivier Sur, attorneys Alexandre Aslanian, Christine Martino, Jean-Marie Bijou-Duval and Gerard Cholakian.
