During a ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) parliamentary election campaign rally in Igdir, Turkey, AKP Chairman and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu also reflected on the Armenian Genocide issue, reported Yesiligdir website of Turkey.

Davutoglu stated that those who want to put Turkey in a tight spot with the genocide “allegations” should come to the Igdir Square and listen to him.

“We [i.e. the Turks] talk about, face our history. We share the pain. [But] we don’t give in. We, like our forebears, fight [but] don’t bow down,” Ahmet Davutoglu said. “We are voyagers of peace; we are voyagers of peace in the world.”
