YEREVAN. – The Political Board of Armenia’s opposition Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) Party (RLP) convened an extended session on late Wednesday evening.

At the meeting, the board approved the party’s five recommendations for constitutional reforms. These proposals will be submitted to the Presidential Special Committee on Constitutional Reforms on Thursday.

The RLP Political Board also announced that these recommendations are fundamental for the party, and if they are accepted, Orinats Yerkir will participate in the ongoing debates on the constitutional amendments.
