YEREVAN. - Armenia’s Energy Minister Yervand Zakharyan promised to clear the wage arrears of Nairit Plant employees by the end of the year, Armenian National Congress faction MP Nikol Pashinyan said.  

“I’ve just had a meeting with Energy Minister Yervand Zakharyan over Nairit Plant matter. Zakharyan reaffirmed his promise to clear the plant employees' wage arrears by the end of the year. He also said that at the political level the question on removing the lien from the factory is resolved, while at the legal level the necessary work is being carried out. According to the Minister, the debts will be paid by means of the sale of the part of the property released of  lien,” Pashinyan said.
