YEREVAN. – Armenia's diplomatic corps in Syria has applied for additional measures to improve security of the embassy in Damascus and consulate in Aleppo, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Manasaryan told reporters in the parliament on Wednesday.

The diplomats asked for a generator of alternative energy and to strengthen the fence of the consulate.

“In terms of security in Aleppo, it was about new technical staff. As a result of inspections, we have already solved the problem,” Deputy Minister said.
