YEREVAN. – An Armenian government delegation, led by Hovik Abrahamyan, on Thursday arrived in Kazakhstan on a working visit. 

In Kazakhstan, the delegation will participate in the meetings of the Council of the Heads of Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member countries, and of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.

In the evening of the same day, Abrahamyan had a tête-à-tête in Burabay, Kazakhstan, with Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov of Belarus, informed the Press Office of the Government of Armenia.

The PMs of the two countries discussed the avenues for making Armenian-Belarusian economic cooperation grow deeper. They underscored the further development and deepening of collaboration.

The interlocutors stated that bilateral cooperation has considerably boosted in recent years. 

The PMs of Armenia and Belarus highly praised the present-day level of bilateral relations, and highlighted the need for further development of economic ties and increase of trade volume. 

Hovik Abrahamyan and Andrei Kobyakov also reflected on the development of cooperation between Armenia and Belarus within bilateral and several international frameworks.
