Prime Minister of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan, who is in Kazakhstan on a working visit, participated in the regular meeting of the Council of the Heads of Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member countries.

The PMs of the CIS countries discussed matters with respect to cooperation and integration partnership within the framework of the CIS.

In addition, the heads of the governments of the CIS member countries signed agreements aimed at deepening cooperation within the CIS, and approved several officials’ appointments to the CIS Executive Committee.

After the council meeting, the heads of delegations of the CIS member countries met with President Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan.
