YEREVAN. - Under no circumstances is Armenia’s Ministry of Finance going to classify businesses according to their owners, Armenia’s Finance Minister Gagik Khachatryan told Armenian News – NEWS.am on Thursday.

“I advise you not to discuss businesses by names or factions. It’s very bad for business environment. Such an approach is prohibited at our Ministry. Imagine what will happen if we delve into what people own in our country,” Khachatryan said.

To the question “And what will happen?’ the Minister said: “We do not politicize anything; we consider any company as a business entity, that’s all. Of course, we possess certain information, but don’t use it for political purposes; we don’t classify businesses according to officials, deputies and factions.”
