YEREVAN. - Electric Networks of Armenia (EPA) CJSC has filed a lawsuit against Armenia’s Nairit rubber plant, demanding to recognize the latter bankrupt. Nairit owes 1,2 billion AMD to Nairit.

EPA has filed the case with the court of Yerevan’s Shengavit Administrative District on April 7, as Armenian News – NEWS.am found out from the judicial information system.

During the recent years, several lawsuits have been filed against Nairit plant by EnergoCor and Iranian SandbadTir INTL Transport Co.LTD companies, however the latter hasn’t been recognized bankrupt by any of the lawsuits brought up.
