YEREVAN. – Great Britain is attempting to listen to all sides of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, so as to understand all the circumstances.
Azerbaijani Studies specialist Sargis Asatryan stated the aforesaid at a press conference on Monday. He noted this commenting on the invitation extended to President Bako Sahakyan of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, and to an event to be held on Wednesday at the Chatham House Royal Institute of International Affairs, in London.
“This was an interesting move; [but] I would not like to see a specific intent here,” stressed Asatryan. “Azerbaijan plays an important role for the West as an economic partner; Baku has a key role here.”
